Design Support

Your part’s datums are the basis we use when we design work-holding for it. We will review your part’s design and function with your team to understand its critical dimensions, and then design the fixtures to secure it. Custom fixtures, tooling, and gauges will be considered where applicable in order to reduce production times and costs, allowing us to bring affordable parts to our customers for their complete satisfaction. Our custom fixtures are designed to fit your part’s datum points in order to support your parts for repeatable and precise machining.

In order to ensure your parts meet your specifications, we make use of a full quality control system.  Control plans, coordinate measuring machines, variable data and attribute gauges, and detailed in-process-inspection-reports, and are all parts of our quality control system we use in the machining process.
